Portable Site Power Distributor with all-current sensitive RCD Type B (32A CEE plug, 2m RN cable, sockets: 1x CEE 400V/32A, 2x CEE 400V/16A, 4x earthed sockets 230V, complies with DIN VDE 0100-704, Made in Germany)
Description
The portable power distributor with 2m oil-resistant RN cable (H07RN-F 5G6.0) serves to increase safety for people and the environment on construction sites thanks to the type B residual current device. This RCD is based on the VDE 0100-704:2018-10 standard and will ensure even more safety on construction sites in the future. The type B residual current device is required because smooth or nearly smooth DC residual currents occur that are not detected by a type A residual current device. Comprehensive personal and system protection is therefore only guaranteed with an all-current sensitive residual current device type B. The practical and extremely robust current distributor with protective covers for fuses also convinces with the following features:
- Robust and plastic-coated tubular steel frame
- Ergonomically shaped carrying handle for comfortable transport
- Practical rewinding device for the connection cable on the rear side
- Oil-resistant rubber cable for permanent outdoor use
- Cable designation: H07RN-F 5G6.0
- Cable length: 2m
- Protection class: IP44
- Number of poles (FI): 4
- With RCD (type B all-current sensitive) - personal protection switch 30 mA for more safety
- Number of circuit breakers: 5 (1x LS 400V/16A 3-pole/-pin; 4x LS 230V/16A 1-pole/-pin)
- Plug: CEE 32A 3P+N+PE (5p) 400V
- CEE socket - 16 A: CEE 2x 16A 3P+N+PE (5p) 400V
- CEE socket outlet - 32 A: CEE 1x 32A 3P+N+PE (5p) 400V
- Earthed sockets: 4

Protection against contact with tools, wires or similar with ? >1.0 mm, protection against foreign bodies with ? > 1.0 mm. As well as protection against splash water from all directions

According to the VDE 0100-704:2018-10 standard, a type B RCD is prescribed for three-phase sockets up to 63A, as - in contrast to type A - it also reliably detects smooth or almost smooth DC residual currents. This offers a decisive safety advantage when operating machines with frequency converters that generate such direct current components.

An RCD (residual current circuit breaker) is an electrical protective device that is primarily used to protect against electric shocks. The RCD recognises the difference between the incoming and outgoing current in a circuit and automatically switches off the circuit in the event of a residual current. When used for personal protection, a residual current device must trip and interrupt the circuit at a residual current of 30mA at the latest.
